Construction will commence this month on Luna, a considered collection of eight full-floor residences on the revered Burleigh Heads beachfront address of Goodwin Terrace.
Prominent developers Forme appointed multi award-winning builders McNab Construction to the luxury boutique development. Demolition of the existing building, formerly occupied by The Fish House restaurant, has been completed.
Forme director David Calvisi said McNab’s globally pronounced reputation for building high-end residential projects aligned with the level of excellence the development company was striving for. A successful off-the-plan sales campaign resulted in buyers securing all but one full-floor residence. The remaining apartment of 261m2 is on level three and $4,100,000.
With interiors by Mim Design and architecture by Plus, Luna represents a new phase of beachfront perfection. Mr Calvisi also confirmed Hutchinson Builders were progressing well on Forme’s neighbouring project, Norfolk, with the bulk excavation now complete and basement level 2 foundation raft slab poured.
Norfolk comprises 15 apartments on an amalgamated blue-chip 1,000m2 land parcel fronting Goodwin Terrace and Rudd Park. Remaining apartments include a unique double-storey beach house of approximately 535m2 which includes a private pool.
There is also a half-floor apartment of approximately 287m2 on the third level for $3,900,000. Norfolk is a collaboration of internationally acclaimed architect Koichi Takata with interiors by Mim Design.
