Demolition has begun on roslyn units in anticipation of Burleigh’s new beachfront icon, Norfolk. It comes as Forme director David Calvisi announces Hutchinson Builders has been appointed to construct the luxury 10-level project.
Just three apartments remain in the stunning collection of 15 residences which cater to the exclusivity of the luxury beachfront address through a sublime level of seamless open-plan living, expansive balconies, and incomparable views across Burleigh’s iconic surf break to the Surfers Paradise skyline.
The remaining three residences – on levels two, three and five – each exceed 280m2 and comprise three ensuited bedrooms, a media room, butler’s pantry, integrated barbecue kitchen, beach room for storage, and optional upgrade to a wine display bar.
Completion is scheduled for early 2021. Norfolk Burleigh Heads, at 46 Goodwin Terrace, is a collaborative effort by internationally acclaimed architect Koichi Takada and award-winning interior design practice Mim Design.
Remaining apartments are priced from $3,900,000.
