NORFOLK ON TRACK TO SELL OUT AHEAD OF CONSTRUCTION

May 15, 2019

New Burleigh Beach icon on track to sell out ahead of construction. Limited opportunities remain to buy into a new beachfront icon as construction for Norfolk Burleigh Heads tracks for August commencement.

Norfolk Burleigh Heads is the first mid-rise residential development to grace Goodwin Terrace in over three decades and has been well received, with just three apartments remaining in the stunning collection of 15 residences.

Prominent Queensland development company Forme today announced Hutchinson Builders will construct the sophisticated 10-level beachfront project that will forever change the residential landscape of Burleigh Heads. Forme’s director residential developments David Calvisi said Norfolk’s prime amalgamated site was months in the making and unobtainable by developers in the past. “To secure this blue-chip position on the beachfront, in the heart of Burleigh’s social scene, cements Norfolk as a once-in-a-lifetime project,” he said. “Norfolk faces north to embrace stunning views of Burleigh’s iconic beachfront, making it the best site on the gold coast and a never to be repeated opportunity for owner-occupiers wanting a luxury apartment in a lifestyle-rich location.”

JLE Projects director Jamie-Lee Edwards confirmed the three remaining residences each spanned 287m2 to comprise three ensuited bedrooms, a media room, butler’s pantry, integrated barbecue kitchen, beach room for storage, and optional upgrade to a temperature-controlled wine display bar. “The ground-floor gymnasium, pool, sun lounging deck and sauna promote a sense of luxury for residents and bring a private beach club in-house,” she said. Miss Edwards confirmed collaboration with internationally acclaimed architect Koichi Takada and award-winning interior design practice Mim Design. “The team at Koichi Takada architects drew inspiration from the immediate natural landscape of heritage-listed norfolk pine trees to design a statement residential building that redefines luxury beachfront living,” Miss Edwards said. “Mim Design has incorporated hues and textures from the sand, sea, sky and heritage norfolk pine trees to illustrate interiors with the beachside charm, confidence and modern lifestyle synonymous with Burleigh Heads.”

“Norfolk is a stunning reflection of its world-renowned location – a showcase of the sun, sand, surf and relaxed social scene of Burleigh in an intimate collection of sophisticated residences.”

Norfolk, at 46 Goodwin Terrace, will occupy an amalgamated blue-chip 1,012m2 land parcel.

Remaining apartments are priced from $3,900,000.
