YOUNG PROPERTY DEVELOPERS BREAKING NEW GROUND WITH GOLD COAST ICONS

July 12, 2019

Third time’s a charm for young property developers breaking new ground with Gold Coast icons. Two former schoolmates at the helm of prominent Queensland development companies Forme and Synergy Property Partners have unleashed a new level of sophistication to the southern Gold Coast beachfront.

David Calvisi and Byron Griffith have changed the perception of apartment living by creating spacious, innovative and sophisticated residences that are breaking price records in palm beach and Burleigh Heads. The duo, aged in their 30’s, made their successful foray into the Gold Coast new projects market under the umbrella of Synergy Property Partners with sell-out boutique projects North Residences and Pacific Palm Beach. Now rebranded as Forme, the pair has announced Hutchinson Builders will commence construction this month on a new high-end product, Norfolk Burleigh Heads.

Forme’s director of residential developments, David Calvisi, said the ten-level tower on Goodwin Terrace is an intimate collection of just 15 residences that take architectural influence and identity from the surrounding parkland, beachfront and headland. “Norfolk stands as the first multi-residential development on Goodwin Terrace in three decades and it has been well received with limited opportunities remaining to purchase within,” Mr Calvisi said.

“Norfolk faces north to embrace stunning views of Burleigh’s iconic beachfront, making it the best site on the Gold Coast and a never to be repeated opportunity for owner-occupiers wanting a luxury apartment in a lifestyle-rich location.” Buyers to date include two high-profile businessmen who have each dispensed circa $8.5 million on upper floor apartments.

Mr Calvisi puts the company’s success down to their hands on approach and attention to detail across all facets of development – from site selection, collaborative engagements and design inputs to ensuring immaculate presentation of residences upon settlement. “Our product is a reflection of our values and it’s important we deliver beyond the expectations of our buyers,” he said.

Norfolk Burleigh Heads, which is scheduled for completion in October 2020, is a collaborative effort by internationally acclaimed architect Koichi Takada and award-winning interior design practice Mim Design.

Remaining residences are priced from $3,900,000.
