NEW GOLD COAST ICON

December 27, 2018

New Gold Coast icon to rise above Burleigh beach.

Innovative Queensland development company Forme is ready to unleash a sophisticated beachfront project that will forever change the residential landscape of Burleigh Heads.

A pre-registration campaign has been opened by project marketing expert Jamie-Lee Edwards of JLE Projects to meet heightened interest in the new high-end lifestyle residences of which details have been kept under wraps until now.

Renowned for innovative high-end apartments through umbrella company synergy property partners, Forme can now unveil Norfolk – a ten-level tower on Goodwin Terrace that takes architectural influence and identity from the surrounding parkland, beachfront and headland. “Norfolk stands as the first multi-residential development on Goodwin Terrace in three decades,” director of residential developments David Calvisi said. “It will occupy a prime amalgamated site that was months in the making and unobtainable by developers in the past.”

“Norfolk faces north to embrace stunning views of Burleigh’s iconic beachfront, making it the best site on the gold coast and a never to be repeated opportunity for owner-occupiers wanting a luxury apartment in a lifestyle-rich location.” Miss Edwards confirmed collaboration with internationally acclaimed architect Koichi Takata and award-winning interior design practice Mim Design to deliver the once-in-a-lifetime statement project. “The team at Koichi Takada architects drew inspiration from the immediate natural landscape of heritage-listed norfolk pine trees to design a statement residential building that redefines luxury beachfront living,” Miss Edwards said.

“Mim Design has incorporated hues and textures from the sand, sea, sky and heritage norfolk pine trees to illustrate interiors with the beachside charm, confidence and modern lifestyle synonymous with Burleigh Heads.”

“Norfolk is a stunning reflection of its world-renowned location –a showcase of the sun, sand, surf and relaxed social scene of Burleigh in an intimate collection of sophisticated residences.”

Norfolk will occupy an amalgamated blue-chip 1,000m2 land parcel in the heart of Burleigh’s beachfront social scene. Apartments will embrace a sweeping vista of Burleigh Beach, foreshore, headland and the Gold Coast’s northern coastline.
